Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to best suit your needs. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method chosen:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected.

Return Shipping

We offer a flat-rate return shipping fee of $7 for returns. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed.

Return Instructions:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Return the items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).
  3. Use the return label we provide, and please note the $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to U.S. addresses.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and up to date at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
